Do you repair damaged signs?
We can only repair signs that are originally made by Everything Neon. In some cases, you will be sent replacement parts for your sign and will be responsible for making the repairs yourself. This is why we request you to please save the box in which you received the sign, so you can use the same box to ship the sign back. The sign sent without its original packing for repair by the customer would not be accepted under warranty.

What is the best backing option for my brand logo LED sign?
Depending on your design, our creative designer suggests the best backing option. You can also pick one with your choice. We have different types of backing styles from simple black square backing to almost hidden backing. Check all our different backing styles custom order completed by us.
Is it possible to have a stand for a tabletop?
We provide two types of base stand; for size below 15” H x 48” W sign, we suggest you have a small base that stands to support the sign and TV stand for a size bigger than 15” H x 48W for tabletop or even for the floor surface.

Why are LED neon signs cheaper than neon glass signs?
LED neon signs are cheaper than neon glass signs but still a qualitative product with brightness par to neon glass signs.
It is made of flexible silicone material instead of delicate glass, which is more costly raw material.
Glass Neon sign craftsmanship is expensive as it takes higher skills and efforts to bend solid glass, whereas it is easy to shape flexible silicone material used in LED signs.
Due to the use of glass in traditional neon signs, it needs multi-layered packing for safe transit. Hence, the high cost of packing compared to LED neon.
LED neon is expected to last for 50000 hours or even more if proper care is taken.

What is a neon glass sign made from?

Why are your signs more expensive?
We use 12mm and 15mm neon glass tubes, which take our master tube benders a little more time. Most companies (especially in China) use 6mm-10mm because it's faster and easier to work with, but the smaller the tube diameter, the more power it consumes and more likely to break in shipping.
We also use 9k and 12k transformers on our neon glass signs. Most companies use a 3k-6k transformer. This means that your sign, from other companies, may last a few months, but having a smaller transformer powering your sign is like driving a car at 85mph in 3rd gear. Eventually, something is going to give up.
We use 15 gauge insulated GTO wire in our signs, and most companies use 8 or 10,000 volt GTO. Again, just bad electrical practices.
Lastly, and this is sad, but there are tons of sites that steal our images. We are the oldest out there!
You may find it slightly cheaper somewhere else, but you will be sorry you did later. Properly manufactured, a neon sign can last you a lifetime.
