WARRANTY
All custom signs carry a 1 (one) year warranty from the date the transaction is made. If you encounter any damage or defect, please notify our Customer Service Department (cs@everythingneon.com), with images of the defective sign. Once a request is approved, please ship the product to our factory for repair. The customer would have to bear the one-way shipping cost.

  • The sign is to return in the original box. Otherwise, it won't be processed within warranty. With that also Shipping fees and repair costs will solely be borne by the customer.
  • Any defect induced by misuse, improper installation, negligence, abuse, improper maintenance, or accident, the warranty won't be applicable to the product.
  • Please DO NOT ask the driver to operate the liftgate or inside delivery service. If you wish to have a liftgate or inside delivery service, please notify us immediately, or we will have to charge back to you.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted; the sign will be returned to the customer.
  • The Repaired products are delivered within 8-10 business days.

Note: We only give 3 months warranty for Purple and white LED Dot bulbs because those lights get dim very easily.

BREAKAGE POLICY
Neon LED sign, LED Dot sign, or be it Neon Glass signs which are very fragile and delicate; we put additional effort into packaging for all of them. Supposing you are the recipient of a defective sign.

  • WE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE UNBOX SIGN WITHIN 24 HOURS
  • NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY ABOUT PROBLEM WITH IMAGES OF DEFECTED PORTION. SO, WE CAN TAKE CARE OF IT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
  • ALL CLAIMS FOR BREAKAGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY on cs@everythingneon.com
  • IF A SHIPMENT IS REFUSED, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF FREIGHT.

Typically a damage call tag will be issued with UPS/FedEx for the pickup and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our factory. Please allow 8-10 business days to return the repaired sign.

RETURN POLICY
Any kind of exchange or refund is not possible. Once transactions made, it's irreversible. All sales are final.

OVERSIZED Neon and LED Signs
Everything Neon will provide the necessary parts in case of oversized neon and led signs. The customer will be responsible for following instructions and making the repairs because it is not feasible for us to have the neon sign return to us and ship it back.

If you are ordering an Order Sized custom sign and use any of the additional services like LiftGate from the freight/trucking company, then we will have to charge you additional fees.

Shipments (within USA)
Please inspect the sign upon delivery in front of the delivery person. You must get the drivers signature if there is any visible damage to your signature upon delivery. This way, we can file for an insurance claim with the Freight company for the replacement parts.

UPS/FedEx Address Correction Fees
In the case of address correction, an extra fee may be charged by UPS/FedEx. In that unlikely event, your transaction amount is recalculated with an additional cost, and evidence for the same is forwarded to you.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes
Custom policy duties and taxes vary widely from country to country and can be challenging to process. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product, lawfully imported to the destination country. Everything Neon won't be answerable to any import taxes, custom duties, and any charge levied by the destination country outside the USA, this may be the case in international shipments, which are collected once a shipment reaches the subject country. These charges will be borne away by the customer. These charges are uncertain can't be anticipated, which leads to delays beyond our control. So, we suggest you contact the local customs authorities for information.
